In a town with no safety and no rooms for a woman alone, Hank must decide Ruby’s fate. Is she the answer to his prayers or a burden to protect? Book Takeaway:No matter how dire your situation, God is the giver of all good things when we yield to Him, hope and love are born. Why the author wrote this book:My publisher asked for a book on a Gold Rush. I loved the idea of picking of gold nuggets off the beach in Nome, Alaska. In researching what rights Alaskan women maintained, I discovered a single woman of age had a good number of rights, but an underaged or married woman had almost none. Which brought me to the spiritual concept of trust in God as well as the true protection of a godly man. God requires both sides to yield to HIm. In doing so, true love can thrive. |
