Why the author wrote this book:

My son Rick is a flight nurse and rescues people from various emergencies. He is a true hero -- as are all our emergency personnel. I wanted to write a story that centered around that profession and addressed some of the emergency scenes they to which they are summoned as well as show how these marvelous people find love and happiness God's way.
