Why the author wrote this book:

This is book two in my romantic suspense series, Targeted for Elimination. After writing book one, I felt that Jack Spencer's best friend, Hawk, needed his story told. He deserved a happily ever after. But this book also deals with betrayal by a family member and how much that hurts. It's only through God's grace that we can move past our hurts and rely on Him.
