Why the author wrote this book:

This book is partly based on our true life experience when Bruce spent 30 days in an ICU during the first surge of Covid, but not because of the virus. We came through the ordeal stronger because of our Christian marriage, faith and community. As marriage mentors, we felt God leading us to use this incredible story to create a novel that not only entertains but inspires couples that no matter what, there is hope for any marriage in Christ.
