Ithyanna: Last Daughter of Atlantis Book I: How the World Ended Millennia Ago

By Don Edward Cook

Description:

IN THE DAYS OF NOAH, IN AN ANCIENT WORLD OF ANXIETY...

Noah warned the world about the coming flood -- yet no one listened.

No one that is, except for an attractive Atlantean telepathic wunderkind-scientist named Ithyanna.

Based on hard scientific data, signs and omens of total worldwide destruction foretold in ancient prophecies, and the deterioration of morality and law and order in the world she knew, Ithyanna spearheaded Project Life-Escape, which was to build a space-ark that would take a nucleus of humans to safety on a distant planet.

But the obstacles Ithyanna faces are numerous.

Battling worldwide skepticism, global terrorism from many freedom-hostile groups, a duplicitous financial backer, the threat of war with Lemuria -- along with the Divine and time itself -- Ithyanna and her project team valiantly strive to finish their life-saving task.

Will Ithyanna succeed in saving her band of survivors -- or fail???

Book Takeaway:

I want people to come away from this book and realize not only how it is later than many think, but also how Noah himself could have lived in an Atlantis-controlled technologically-advanced global society that was so corrupt and vile that God had to take drastic measures such as the Flood. It also is a warning about how women in particular (but also anyone in general) can still fail -- especially if God is kept out of the picture.

Why the author wrote this book:

I wrote this book because: 1) I wanted to give readers an unusual and different yet techno-sociological plausible view of the world of Noah's day that factored in Atlantis; 2) I wanted to give a Creationist explanation of the Flood using established Creationist scientific premises; and 3) I wanted to give an allegorical a warning about our times/the latter days.
