Why the author wrote this book:

I wrote this second book in the Short Creek Mysteries to illustrate how God directs and sustains His children on a daily basis, even in the midst of difficult situations. I also wanted to highlight the fact that it is never too late for a person to turn from his or her old life and receive forgiveness and salvation through Christ.
