Hush, Little Baby

By Deborah M. Piccurelli

Description:

Investigative journalist, Amber Blake, is a little person bent on payback for the death of her average-sized twin sister. Enlisted by her former partner and estranged husband, Evan, she poses as a counselor in an abortion clinic to expose the doctor responsible for fetal harvesting. As a Christian, she struggles with concealing her beliefs to maintain her cover, while the doctor's romantic overtures tumble her stomach. Amber agrees to date him for the sake of the story . . . but nothing prepares her for what's behind a mysterious door in his office.

Book Takeaway:

For pro-choice advocates, or those sitting on the fence, to see what is really going on behind the scenes in the abortion industry. For believers, that we shouln't try to do things in our own strength, or in our own way, but to consult the Lord first in all things. Also, readers would have a chance to help in the fight against fetal harvesting and abortion, as some of the proceeds from this book will go to an organization that works to stop them.

Why the author wrote this book:

When I found out about what the greedy people in the abortion mills were doing to "add insult to the injury of abortion," I was angered to no end. I feel called to write about these types of issues, and Hush, Little Baby would be the first of many that I have planned.
