Daniel Bruce Hennigan

Author Bio:

Bruce Hennigan lives in Shreveport, Louisiana and is a physician in the field of radiology. His first publication was in 1971 when he won the state poetry contest in Louisiana for "Epitaph". After medical school, Bruce spent 15 years as the drama minister of Brookwood Baptist Church and wrote over 100 full length and short dramas. His children's drama collection, "Montana Holmes' Adventures in the Bible" was published by Contemporary Drama in 1995. He co-authored "Conquering Depression: A 30 Day Plan for Finding Happiness" with Mark Sutton published by B&H Publishing in 2001. He was a contributing freelance writer for the "Extra!" publication for Lifeway from 1999 to 2003. His first novel, "The 13th Demon: Altar of the Spiral Eye" was released by Realms in October, 2011. Bruce has two grown children and is married to Sherry Hennigan. He is also a certified apologist with Reasons to Believe and a Certified Apologetic Instructor with the North American Mission Board of the SBC.
