Jean C. Gordon
As newlyweds, Jean and her college-sweetheart husband tried the city life in Los Angeles, but quickly returned home to their native Upstate New York. A professional financial planner, Jean is at home writing tax- and financial-planning articles as she is writing novels, but finds novels a lot more fun. She and her husband share a 170-year-old farmhouse just south of Albany, NY, with their daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren and a menagerie of pets. Their son lives nearby. While Jean creates stories set in small-town Upstate New York, her family grows organic vegetables and tends the livestock de jour. Her first Love Inspired will be out in January. When she's not writing, she shares her love of books with others by volunteering at her church's Book Nook.
