Shirley Kiger ConnollyAuthor Bio:Shirley Kiger Connolly majored in English and Journalism during her college years, then later became a graduate of Institute of Children’s Literature.You often find Shirley wearing different styles of hats. Not only does she pen historical fiction romances laced with nuggets of inspiration, she also writes nonfiction devotional books. When she's not writing, Shirley speaks at various women's retreats and teaches Koinonia women’s bible studies. As an active mom and grandma, Shirley loves rearranging her furniture, passing time with her cross-stitching or doing needlework, and watching old TCM movies, if she's not reading one of her favorite authors. As a part-time farm woman, Shirley spends some of her moments out with her chickens, her dogs, and her cats. She is an active member of American Christian Fiction Writers; Hearts through History Chapter of Romance Writers of America; and last but not least Faith-Hope-Love, RWA. |
