Although Lisa A. Nichols is a grown-up girl, she still loves dressing up and make-believe. Books have been a passion of hers since she was a child. She has lived in many places including China where she taught for two years at an international school. For a long time Lisa kept believing (and praying) that someday her prince would come, and in the spring of 2013 he finally did! They were married that summer. A year later they were blessed with a baby boy, Isaac, and will welcome their second child in August of 2016. Lisa and her family make their home in northeastern Oklahoma.

"Once Upon a Wish" is Lisa’s first foray into fantasy fiction. Two subsequent novels have followed entitled "Unchosen" and "Awakened," both part of the same series as "Once Upon a Wish," but featuring new characters and independent story lines. "Unchosen" will be released from Tate Publishing in 2016.

Lisa is thankful to the Lord for giving her the opportunity to share her stories with others and hopes her readers will find enjoyment, encouragement, and inspiration from her work.
