Finally A Bride, Book Three in the Texas Boardinghouse Brides series

By Vickie McDonough

Description:

Noah Jeffers returns to town determined to make up for past misdeeds. Will reporter Jacqueline Davis uncover his secrets before Noah can capture her heart? With nowhere else to go, ex-con Carly Payton returns to the Lookout boardinghouse. Garrett Corbett is looking for an upstanding wife, not some jailbird. What will he do when overpowered by Carly’s unassuming appeal? Be on the lookout for romance in Lookout, Texas.

Book Takeaway:

I hope that readers will see that God has a plan for their lives, even if they don't yet see that. And His plans are so much greater than any we could imagine for ourselves.

Why the author wrote this book:

I'd written two previous books in this series which had Jack, a feisty ten-year-old tomboy, creating all kinds of problems. I knew readers would want to know what happened to her as she grew up, so I wrote her story. She's a gung-ho young lady who plows ahead with her own plans and has to learn the hard way that God's has His own plans for her.

Reviews

"Second favorite fiction book ever! Passionate and tasteful, very hard to put down. I was a little sad when it was over. Will read again."
