Susan Miura grew up in the Chicago suburbs, graduated from NIU, and spent six years as a newspaper reporter. She currently works in public relations for the Schaumburg, IL library, reviews books for The Book Report, and gives travel presentations, book talks and writing workshops at libraries. Susan is the Vice President of the ACFW Chicago Chapter and a member of SCBWI. She's the author of two YA novels, Healer and Show Me a Sign, as well as short stories published in three anthologies. She is married to a police sergeant and has two adult children and a married stepdaughter.
