Why the author wrote this book:

This book is based on my own personal crisis of faith suffered after multiple deployments with Naval Special Warfare where the horrors of war inspired questions I had no answers for. My own journey to a closer walk with Christ required a loving wife and the inspiration of a patient pastor, and it's my hope that this novel can bring healing to other veterans and families suffering through the same questions.
