Why the author wrote this book:This book deals with the topic of Eminent Domain. As a child, I experienced a near government take-over of the home in which I lived because of plans for a new highway. I recall the anxiety I experienced and the sense of injustice at the government's seizure of our personal property. THE DANDELION PATCH grew out of this childhood experience. |
