Why the author wrote this book:

My husband and I served as missionaries in the Brazilian Amazon for 6 years in retirement. He flew the Cessna Caravan on missions, including in the setting of this novel. I wanted to show the dedication of real-life missionaries and the joy of being called to serve Him there. The romance is just for the fun of it!
