I wrote this book as a way to show people how holding on to the hurts of the past can keep them from the joy God has for them today and tomorrow. Our hearts can only hold so much and if we fill it with things that are past, that we can't go back and change, there will never be room for better, happier, more satisfying things like love and acceptance.
