Where Men Stand
Description:
As Martin "Kage" Kincade walked out of prison, he planned to go home quietly.
Seven years behind bars stripped him down to what remains when violence is taken away: faith, restraint, and hard-won conviction. He's no longer the reckless young man who went in—but freedom has a way of testing what a man truly believes.
When an innocent man is arrested in a public park—his marriage proposal still echoing in the air—Kage recognizes the pattern instantly. Accusation first. Truth later. Sometimes never.
On his very first day out, Kage must choose whether to protect his fragile second chance or stand for justice when it costs him anonymity, safety, and rest. He can walk away. No one would blame him.
But some lines, once seen, cannot be ignored.
Where Men Stand is a story of redemption lived rather than claimed, faith tested under pressure, and hope that holds fast when the world shifts. It's about men who don't posture, don't perform, and don't drift—because freedom isn't proven by where a man walks.
It's proven by where he stands.
Book Takeaway:
Redemption doesn’t answer to people. It answers to God.
Why the author wrote this book:
Where Msn Stand is the origin story for my True North Brotherhood series. My goal, as I perceived it, was not to preach, but simply to show people living in step with God while making hard, life changing decisions.
