Dust and Ashes
Description:
The Age of Enlightenment should have brought about a renewed sense of balance and unending peace. However, Everlasting’s citizens, lulled by a deceptive complacency, unknowingly harbored enemies in their midst. And those who adhered to the commands of the true King of Everlasting fell prey to the temptation of seeking greater power. A desperate need for control, a gnawing fear of abandonment, twisted the hearts of those lacking faith in the divine plan.
The land of Everlasting teetered on the brink of collapse with a black dragon threatening, imposters plotting a massacre, and the crucial Diadem of Providence nowhere to be found. A palpable sense of triumph strengthened the Shadow Realm as the oblivious citizens continued their routines, completely unaware of the impending danger.
A sudden awakening shattered the complacency of spiritual slumber for one group of twelve. Filled with a newfound sense of purpose in their heroic identity, the Heralds needed to face the obstacles. In Everlasting, the essence of true heroism involved yielding to authority and abandoning the insecurity caused by mistakes. Hope, fragile yet persistent, bolstered the belief that they weren't abandoned and their mistakes didn’t mean failure.
Even with the lines of communication severed, the odds against them, and the fate of their world in the hands of twelve, the King would not abandon his citizens. Fueled by the unifying power of familial love, the tender passion of romance, and unwavering loyalty, the shattered plan could finally be pieced back together. Would the Heralds of Enlightenment succeed in completing their quest before it was too late?
