After selling articles, poems,and stories to national magazines, Jan Washburn decided to try her hand at writing a book. As a junior high school teacher, she was into the teen scene,so her first book was a romance for young adults. Two more young adult books followed. Now that she is no longer involved with teens, she writes inspirational romance with a touch of suspense. Jan lost her hero, Jack, several years ago, but she's blessed with three children, eight grandchildren, and one precious great-grandchild.
