Dave Pratt

Author Bio:

Dave Pratt is a native of most of the west coast of the United States. He and his wife, Rafaela (Ela) now make their home in Middle Tennessee. A freelance writer since 1982, Dave has authored numerous magazine articles, short stories and novels. His latest books include the first three novels of the 5-part Home Team Christian/clean suspense series: The Home Team, and Home Team 2, and Homesick, which was released in November 2025.

Dave is a retired army officer and project management consultant. He holds master’s degrees in health administration and management, and a B.S. in psychology. Dave has taught for several decades at the corporate, graduate and undergraduate levels and has been a speaker at numerous professional conferences on writing and management. Dave is a 4th Dan Master in Tae Kwan Do, proficient in Tai Chi, Hapkido, staff, and Okinawan karate, and was a member of the U.S. National Tae Kwan Do Poomse Team in 2015.
