The author of more than a dozen books, Ramona Richards has worked on staff or as a freelancer for several major publishers and has edited more than 750 publications.

Ramona writes suspense and devotions for the inspirational market, and she has won awards for both her fiction and non-fiction, including the 2020 Selah Fiction Book of the Year Award for Murder in the Family and the Foreword Indies 2020 Gold Award (Religious category) for Burying Daisy Doe. In 2019, Ramona received the Joann Sloan National Award for the Encouragement of Writing, a mentoring, editing, and coaching award. The Advanced Writers and Speakers Association nominated her for Best Editor of the Year in 2008 and the Best Fiction Editor of the Year in 2013.
