Why the author wrote this book:

We live down the road a piece from Crawford, TX, which resulted in hearing some hilarious and touching stories about life in a small town when the world stage, celebrities, TV cameras and paparazzi move in. I thought it would be fun to relate some of the incidents in a fiction book. It has been a chance to include some typical small town characters and mix with a sample of big city folks and celebrities and see what the clash of cultures and values brings about.
