Heavenwood
Description:
Jack Mann wakes up at a movie theater. The Gatekeeper informs him that he is dead.
“Every thought, word or action on earth is recorded and the videos stored here,” explains the Gatekeeper.
With the wind gathering momentum, he shouts.
“When you fall asleep permanently you can finally see what your friends and family used to do when your back was turned.”
As leaves fly and trees sway, the Gatekeeper yells at the top of his lungs;
“YOU’LL ALSO SEE TERRIBLE THINGS YOU DID WHICH YOU THOUGHT NO ONE KNEW; EVEN THOSE YOU FORGOT TO REMEMBER!”
But you must forgive otherwise you can’t move on.
