You are not defined by the mistakes you made. You can always change. Sacrifice is difficult but necessary at times to do what is best for someone you love. Sometimes when you are hurting, only God can soothe the pain. Doing the right thing for the wrong reason can be disastrous.

I have worked in the adoption field for years and in particular with open adoptions. Since there is a character who became pregnant in the first story it was the natural direction to take...to tell the young woman's story.
