Book Takeaway:

God is a good shepherd who loves us and created a beautiful world for us to live in.

Why the author wrote this book:

The Bible talks a lot about sheep and shepherding. When I was growing up, my dad told me stories about his experiences and my Grandma Lillian’s experiences herding sheep on the Navajo Reservation. The idea for this story began when I had the opportunity to herd sheep with my aunt and cousin on their mesa. I realized in an even greater way how much you could learn about God and His creation and wanted to share that with others.
