Why the author wrote this book:

When I read, I'm pulled into characters who find themselves in difficult situations outside of their everyday experiences. I want to follow those characters and discover how they develop and grow because of their circumstances. I have attempted to bring those types of relatable characters and growth-inducing situations to The Medici Quest. In the midst of the mystery and suspense, I also hope readers contemplate some bigger issues, such as the topics of grace and redemption within the Christian faith.
