Naomi L. Carter completed her undergraduate work in psychology and education at Heritage University, and holds a master's in counseling and guidance from Liberty University. Prior to her retirement in 2010, she held Washington State certificates of registration as an individual and family counselor for 20 years, primary home health care provider for her father for eight years and registered nursing assistant caring for a paraplegic for two years. She is currently married to her high school sweetheart and living in South Florida.
