L.D. Baldwin is a pastor, chapalain of Brookville (OH) Police Department,and certified crime prevention specialist (CPS) with the Ohio Crime Prevention Association. He earned his D. Min. from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. L.D. Baldwin and his wife, Belinda, have three adult children and six grandchildren. The Baldwins make their home in Dayton, Ohio.
